Before you start
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. The guest taps their phone on the smart board inside the unit and a single page opens with a single button. No app, no sign-in, no account.
How does Byeping know my booking dates?
We connect your unit automatically to the approved booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Gathern) — connect a platform once, when you add the unit, and it stays current after that. You can connect more than one platform per unit, and Byeping recognises the same stay appearing in several of them.
What if the guest never taps confirm?
Nothing stalls. The cleaner's alert fires off the scheduled checkout regardless, so the turnover happens even if the guest ignores it entirely, and you get exactly one late alert — never a repeating stream. You can also confirm the departure yourself two ways: send “غادر الضيف” on WhatsApp from your registered number, or confirm it on the operations page. Both open the cleaning cycle in exactly the same way.
What's the difference between the acknowledgement and Auto Pilot?
The acknowledgement is on every plan: a button inside the cleaner's reminder message that tells you someone has taken the job. Auto Pilot (Professional) builds on it — if nobody taps within the grace window, the job moves to the backup cleaner automatically, and then to you.
Which plan includes the smart panel?
Pro and above. Basic carries every alert, live cleaning tracking and the cleaner's acknowledgement, but you confirm the guest's departure yourself instead of the guest tapping the panel. The pricing page has the full ✓/✗ table for every feature.
How is billing calculated?
Based on the plan you pick per unit (starting at SAR 19/month), renewing automatically. Each unit is billed separately and can be cancelled any time with no exit fee. Payments run through a licensed payment provider, and your card details are never stored by us.
